Mentre scrivo è ancora fresca la notizia dell’incidente diplomatico tra Cina e Usa sulla questione del Dalai Lama. Sono uno studente del liceo e mi sono, da poco, avvicinato al marxismo leggendo “il manifesto del partito comunista”. Ciò che mi ha colpito di quel testo è stata la capacità degli autori nell’intravedere le tendenze e i tratti dello sviluppo mondiale ancora in nuce. Oggi mio giudizio dovremmo ripartire di lì per fare un pò di chiarezza sui compiti organizzativi, ripartire cioè dal nuovo, dall’attualita dello sviluppo del capitalismo mondiale, incarnati dalla frenetica e controversa crescita asiatica in generale e cinese in particolare. Su questo forum non ho trovato nulla su questo argomento e sarei curioso di conoscere la vostra posizione.

Bangladesh: security forces fire on garment workers

Dhaka, 13 Aug — Over 5,000 workers at Reedisha Knitex factory staged a demonstration inside during their lunch break to demand a pay rise. Their demands being ignored by management, they set about ransacking the factory. This sparked a clash with factory officials, 15 of whom were injured. The workers then blocked the main Dhaka-Mymensingh Highway for three hours. 300 Rapid Action Batallion (RAB) and police personnel arrived and fired gunshots and teargas into the crowd and baton charged, injuring 50.

Bangladesh: garment workers attack factories

In the Dhaka area, thousands of garment workers came out on strike over the weekend (9-10th Aug) in a new outbreak of unrest.
Two workers were assaulted overnight by security forces, after 400 mainly women workers had recently been sacked, with no warning and without receiving wages owed. Workers then attacked the security forces camp with sticks, stones and bricks. The response was rifle fire into the crowd. Workers spent the next four hours vandalisng the factory until a huge contingent of police and soldiers arrived.
On Sunday morning, 300 workers of Polonia Garments Ltd gathered in expectation of payment of owed wages. Finding the factory gates locked, thousands of furious workers from neighbouring factories began ransacking that factory and others on the Dhaka-Tangail highway. Highway traffic was blocked. 15 RMG factories and four shopping centres were also attacked as rioting continued through the day. Strikes occurred in at least three other factories. 60 factories were closed in response to the violence. Later, roving workers set fire to an RMG factory in Gazipur.

Dockworkers attacked by riot police in Greece

Dockworkers clashed with riot police outside the Merchant Marine Ministry in Athens July 25, as they protested the deaths of eight people killed by a gas explosion. The riot police attempted to disperse the dockworkers by firing tear gas at them. The dockworkers have also called a three-day strike.

Petrobras workers threaten nationwide strike

Striking workers at Brazil’s state-controlled Petroleo Brasileiro SA may initiate a nationwide strike starting Aug. 5 after rejecting a company offer. According to a worker, “all the tendencies are that there will be a strike stronger than the last one, with wider control of production”.

un assaggio; il capitalismo è in crisi ormai da tanto tempo, il fatto che il capitalismo in cina vada forte non vuole assolutamente dire che stia recuperando su scala mondiale.

Il concetto di crisi è estremamente complesso per quello che ho avuto modo di appurare. tu dici che il capitalismo è in crisi…il pil mondiale cresce e cresce in modo consistente trainato dalle economie emergenti. Con questo non intendo dire che il capitalismo non entrerà in crisi, anzi intendo dire che sta maturando questa crisi e che l’ingresso della cina nel consesso delle grandi potenze provocherà la rottura dell’ordine borghese (del resto non fu così anche per la prima guerra mondiale? non fu l’ascesa di usa, giappone e germania a far crollare il “vecchio ordine” anglo-francese?). Questo è lo schema di Lenin.
PS quelli di Lotta comunista lì conosco perchè a scuola mia sono presenti con tre-quattro elementi che hanno formato un comitato internazionalista. Non conosco la loro attività nelle fabbriche, ma da quello che ho visto dubito frenino i lavoratori. Se ho cominciato a studiare Marx è anche merito delle assemblee che hanno organizzato. Personalmente non sono mai entrato in contatto con loro, ma leggo volentieri il loro giornale e i loro volantini. perchè ne parlate così male?

Piuttosto, l’hai notato che il proletariato internazionale sta diventando sempre più folto, e si sta sempre uniformando in interessi?
L’hai notato che coloro che usufruiscono del grande sviluppo del capitalismo odierno sono sempre di meno?

Hai mutuato il tuo nick name da uno degli autori pubblicati da Lotta, ossia il tedesco Paul Frolich. Dal tuo argomentare il deleterio influsso di Lotta è più che evidente. Il “Guerra e politica in Germania 1914 — 1918” è effettivamente un ottimo libro che se non hai ancora letto ti consiglio. Poi lo abbinerei con “Rivoluzione e controrivoluzione in Germania 1918 — 1920” sempre suo e di altri e “La guerra nell’Europa orientale 1915” del comunista americano John Reed. Sono tutti editi da una delle case editrici di Lotta. Niente come gli ottimi libri da essa editi e da altri scritti ne svergognano i tradimenti, le ipocrisie, le pagliacciate teoriche e pratiche. Concordo con Raes quando dice che abbiamo già un ottimo forum che risponde alla tua domanda: approfittane!
